向公寓前台确认周末临时访客车位使用规则

Hi, I’d like to know the weekend parking policy for guests visiting my unit.
My cousin is arriving Saturday afternoon and will need a visitor pass.
Does the garage issue temporary QR-coded passes on weekends, or only weekdays?
She’ll park from 3 p.m. until Sunday morning, so I want to avoid fines.
Can I reserve one spot online, or must she check in at the front desk first?
The building app says ‘guest parking available’, but doesn’t specify time limits.
Are electric vehicles allowed in visitor spots, or are those reserved for residents only?
If she arrives after 8 p.m., will the gate still open automatically with her license plate?
I also need to know whether she can use the same pass for both days.
Thanks — now I can text her clear instructions before she leaves home.
