向健身房前台工作人员确认会员自动续费政策

Hi, I’d like to review how my Platinum membership auto-renews each year.
The contract says renewal happens ‘unless canceled 15 days prior’, but I want to confirm exact timing.
Can you tell me which date triggers the renewal charge — the sign-up date or billing date?
I received an email reminder last week, but it didn’t specify the cutoff deadline.
If I cancel online today, will my access continue until the end of this cycle?
Do I need to visit in person, or is written notice via email sufficient?
The staff member who helped me last time said cancellations require 21 days’ notice — is that correct?
I’d like a printed copy of the current policy to keep for my records.
Also, does pausing my membership affect the renewal date or fee structure?
Thanks for walking me through this — clarity helps me plan better.
