Hello, I received this month’s utility bill, but the meter reading seems incorrect.
It shows 842 kWh used, while last month was only 516 kWh — that’s unusually high.
I checked my own meter this morning, and it reads 793, not 842 as printed.
There’s no note explaining why the difference occurred or who verified the reading.
Could someone please recheck the data entry and send a corrected invoice by email?
I’m happy to provide a photo of my meter for verification if needed.
Also, the due date is listed as the 5th, but your website says the 10th.
This isn’t the first time — last April’s gas bill had the same issue.
Would it be possible to set up automatic meter photos via the community app next time?
