  4. There’s no note explaining why the difference occurred or who verified the reading.
  5. Could someone please recheck the data entry and send a corrected invoice by email?
  6. I’m happy to provide a photo of my meter for verification if needed.
  7. Also, the due date is listed as the 5th, but your website says the 10th.
  8. This isn’t the first time — last April’s gas bill had the same issue.
