与装修承包商预约上门维修

I emailed Mike’s Renovations with photos of the leaky faucet and wrote, 'Need repair—available weekdays before 3 p.m.'
He replied in two hours: 'I can come Tuesday at 10 a.m. or Thursday at 1:30—both slots include 1-hour diagnostics.'
I chose Tuesday and asked, 'Will you bring parts, or should I buy the cartridge ahead of time?'
He said, 'I’ll carry common ones, but if it’s a rare brand, I’ll text you the part number before arriving.'
His estimate included labor, materials, and a 90-day guarantee—no vague 'plus tax' at the bottom.
He added, 'If the issue is bigger than expected, I’ll call you before doing extra work.'
I confirmed via text, received a calendar invite with his license number and insurance info, and saved his direct line.
No voicemails, no hold music—just clear timing, scope, and respect for my time.
