我们处理的信息
- 账号：邮箱、你填写的称呼、登录状态。若你使用手机号验证，还包括该手机号
- 订单：购买的产品、金额、订单号、支付状态，以及开通的通行天数
- 学习记录：打开过的课文、查词和学习进度，用于在你的账号里继续上次的位置
- 你写给我们的邮件内容
- 网站访问：页面地址、大致时间和浏览器类型，用于统计页面是否被打开。数字方案页面使用部署在 alz.uitg.co 的自有统计脚本
付款信息
支付宝、微信支付的付款凭证由相应支付机构处理。通过 Paddle 以银行卡结账时，卡号、有效期和账单地址由 Paddle（记录商户）收集和处理，不保存在 uitg.co 的服务器上。我们从 Paddle 收到的是订单结果：是否支付成功、金额、币种、买家邮箱和 Paddle 订单号，用来开通通行期和核对退款。
用途
- 创建账号、开通你购买的天数或篇目、保存学习进度
- 发送订单确认，回复你的支持或退款邮件
- 防止滥用账号和欺诈订单
- 履行记账和税务上必须保留的交易记录
我们不出售个人信息。
保存期限
账号和学习记录在账号存续期间保留。你可来信要求删除账号；已完成订单的交易记录会按财务要求继续保留。支付机构按其自身规则保留付款数据。
你的请求
查阅、更正或删除账号信息，请发邮件到 anna.chen@uitg.co，并写明注册邮箱。我们会在核实是你本人后处理。通过 Paddle 付款的账单查询，可同时使用收据上的 Paddle 订单入口。

Privacy policy
Effective 24 October 2026. This policy describes how Shanghai Yilaige Network Technology Co., Ltd. (UITG Consulting Co., Ltd.) handles personal information when selling and providing UITG EBK on uitg.co. Contact: anna.chen@uitg.co. Address: 29th Floor, Ocean Tower, Huangpu District, Shanghai, China.
Information we process
- Account: email, the name you enter, login state, and a phone number if you verify one
- Orders: product, amount, order number, payment status, and the days of access granted
- Learning data: articles opened, lookups, and progress, so the account can resume
- Email you send us
- Site visits: page address, approximate time, and browser type, to see whether a page was opened. The digital pages load a first-party analytics script from alz.uitg.co
Payment information
Alipay and WeChat Pay details are handled by those providers. When a card is charged through Paddle, the card number, expiry, and billing address are collected by Paddle as Merchant of Record and are not stored on uitg.co. We receive the payment result from Paddle: success or failure, amount, currency, buyer email, and the Paddle order number, which we use to open access and to match refunds.
Use and retention
We use this information to open the account and the purchased access, keep progress, send the order confirmation, answer support and refund mail, limit abuse, and keep transaction records required for accounting. We do not sell personal information.
Account and learning data stay while the account exists. You may email us to delete the account. Completed-order records are kept as required for finance. Payment providers keep payment data under their own rules.
To access, correct, or delete account information, email anna.chen@uitg.co from the registered address. Paddle receipts include Paddle’s own route for billing questions on those orders.
