Refund policy
退款政策
生效日期：2026 年 10 月 24 日。适用于产品页列出的 UITG EBK 阅读通行和单篇点读解锁。卖方：上海易来格网络科技有限公司。邮箱 anna.chen@uitg.co。
14 天
自购买成功之时起 14 天内，出现下列情形可以申请全额退款：
- 付款后账号没有加上所购天数，或单篇无法打开，且我们在一个工作日内未能修复
- 打开后的课文与产品页描述不符（缺少点读、查词或该篇音频）
- 你尚未使用付费内容（免费试读不计为使用），并希望退出
同一期限内，若付费课文已被实质使用（例如连续完成多课），我们可以拒绝退还未使用天数的余额，但上一款所列的开通失败或与描述不符仍然全额退款。你所在地法律要求必须退款时，按该法律规定办理。
14 天之后
阅读通行按天计算，到期即止，不自动续费，因此没有“取消下期扣款”。14 天后，仅在服务中断导致已付款期间无法使用、且我们不能补回相应天数时退还对应金额。
如何申请
发邮件到 anna.chen@uitg.co，写明订单号、注册邮箱和原因。通过 Paddle 付款的订单，也可以从 Paddle 收据中的订单入口提交，我们会在 Paddle 后台确认后退回。退款退到原支付方式。支付宝与微信通常在渠道处理完成后到账；Paddle 订单由 Paddle 退回原卡，到账时间以发卡行为准。
我们会在两个工作日内回复是否受理。
不在本政策内的工作
按项目报价的网站、邮件、落地页和流程开发，退款条件写在该项目的确认信里，不按本页的 14 天规则执行。

Refund policy
Effective 24 October 2026. This policy covers the UITG EBK Reading Pass and single-article unlocks listed on the pricing page. Seller: Shanghai Yilaige Network Technology Co., Ltd. Email anna.chen@uitg.co.
14 days
Within 14 days of a successful purchase you can request a full refund when:
- the purchased days were not added to the account, or the article does not open, and we do not fix that within one business day
- the lesson does not match the pricing page (tap-to-read, lookup, or the audio for that lesson is missing)
- you have not used the paid content (free preview does not count as use) and you want to stop
If paid lessons were already used in substance during those 14 days, we may decline a refund of the unused balance. A failed activation or a product that does not match the description is still refunded in full. Where your local law requires a refund, that law applies.
After 14 days
A pass runs for a fixed number of days and does not auto-renew, so there is no later charge to cancel. After 14 days we refund only when downtime blocked access during time you had paid for and we cannot restore those days.
How to ask
Email anna.chen@uitg.co with the order number, the account email, and the reason. Orders paid through Paddle can also be opened from the Paddle receipt. We reply within two business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Paddle returns card charges; the card issuer sets the posting time.
Project work (sites, email, landing pages, automation) is quoted separately. Its refund terms are in that project’s confirmation, not this 14-day rule.
