生效日期：2026 年 10 月 24 日。购买或使用 UITG EBK 阅读通行、单篇点读解锁，即表示你接受本条款。产品与价格、隐私政策和退款政策是本条款的一部分。

你购买的是什么

阅读通行是一段固定天数内使用在线阅读服务的许可，包括点读、查词、音频、中英对照和学习进度。单篇解锁是打开指定一篇课文的许可。课文著作权仍归权利人所有。购买不转让课文的著作权，也不提供可转售的文件包。

通行天数、价格和交付方式以产品页为准。每笔订单只覆盖所购天数或所购篇目，到期后访问停止。订单不会自动续费。

账号与使用

许可授予付款时指定的个人账号，供该账号本人学习
请妥善保管登录信息。因你主动分享账号导致的使用，仍计入你的通行期
禁止转售、公开传播课文全文、批量下载后对外提供，或用技术手段绕过访问期限
我们可在发现滥用、欺诈或违反本条款时暂停该账号的访问，并按退款政策处理已付款项

付款

在 uitg.co 使用支付宝或微信支付时，收款按该渠道的规则完成。使用银行卡并通过 Paddle 结账时，Paddle.com 是该笔交易的记录商户（Merchant of Record），负责收款、账单和相应税费；该笔付款同时适用 Paddle 向买家展示的买方条款。产品本身的使用许可、账号开通和内容支持由上海易来格网络科技有限公司提供。

标价为人民币产品价格。Paddle 结账页会按买家所在地另行展示其计算的税费。

服务可用性

阅读器以在线服务方式提供。我们会维持服务可登录、课文可打开。计划内维护或不可抗力导致短时中断时，通行天数不因此自动延长；若中断使你在已付款期间无法使用，请写信，我们会补足受影响的时间或按退款政策处理。

项目类开发

网站、邮件、落地页和流程自动化不在本条款的价目内。此类工作以双方书面确认的范围、工期和费用为准，确认信会单独写明交付物和付款节点。

责任

学习效果取决于使用方式，我们不承诺特定考试成绩或语言水平。在法律允许的范围内，因使用本服务产生的间接损失，我们的赔偿责任以你就该笔订单实际支付的金额为上限。本句不排除法律不能排除的人身或消费者权利。

适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。若你所在地的强制性消费者保护规定给予你额外权利，那些权利仍然有效。

Terms of service

Effective 24 October 2026. Buying or using a UITG EBK Reading Pass or a single-article unlock means you accept these terms. The pricing page, privacy policy, and refund policy form part of these terms.

What you buy

A Reading Pass is a license to use the online reading service for a fixed number of days: tap-to-read, word lookup, audio, bilingual text, and progress. A single-article unlock is a license to open that article. Copyright in the texts stays with the rights holder. The purchase does not assign copyright and does not include a resaleable download of the catalog.

Duration, price, and delivery are as stated on the pricing page. Each order covers only the days or the article purchased. Access ends when the period ends. Orders do not auto-renew.

Account

The license is for the personal account named at checkout, for that person’s own study. Sharing the account still consumes the pass. Resale, public republication of the texts, or bypassing the access period is not allowed. We may suspend access for abuse or fraud and then follow the refund policy.

Payment

Alipay and WeChat Pay on uitg.co are collected under those providers’ rules. When a card payment is checked out with Paddle, Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for that transaction and handles the charge, the invoice, and applicable tax. Paddle’s buyer terms shown at checkout also apply to that payment. The product license, account access, and content support are provided by Shanghai Yilaige Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Prices are in CNY. Tax, when due, is calculated and shown by Paddle at checkout.

Availability and other work

The reader is an online service. If downtime during a paid period stops you from using it, write to us and we will restore the lost time or follow the refund policy. Websites, email, landing pages, and automation are outside this price list and are scoped in a separate written confirmation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence still apply.
